Growing up in Atlantic Canada in a family of builders, I learned early that hard work, resilience, and a good sense of humor were essential survival skills, especially in a house with eight siblings. My grandfathers-built ships, my father shaped homes, and my mother orchestrated controlled chaos like a seasoned CEO. From them, I inherited the values of kindness, quality work, and accountability- cornerstones of my leadership approach today.
My HR journey started at 14, evolving into a career as a strategic HR leader and mentor specializing in technical and growth-focused organizations. I've partnered with engineering firms, manufacturers, and innovative companies to transform HR from a support function into a strategic driver of business value.
With academic foundations from multiple institutions and certifications in operational and behavioral assessment tools, I founded HR Navigate to help organizations thrive at the intersection of precision and people.
